The original layout PCB 144x112mm/5.65"x4.39" requires a diecast
case 171x121x55mm/5,65"x4,39"x1,37", which is the most expensive part of
this project. Maybe we can find a cheaper simple box.
Max height of ETD29 transformer is 25.5mm/1.00". Add 2mm for PCB and some
mm for soldered component legs --> 30-31mm inner height of the box would
be enough.
Note: Model lenghts in names cause a little confusion, so check datasheet
always.

Gehäuse:
Die Original-Layout-Platine 144x112mm/5.65"x4.39" benötigt lt.
DIY-CDI-Artikel ein 171x121x55mm/5,65"x4,39"x1,37"-Aluminium-Gehäuse,
welches das teuerste Bauteil an diesem Projekt ist. Vielleicht finden wir
ein billiges, einfaches Gehäuse.
Die max. Höhe des ETD29-Trafos sind 25.5mm/1.00". Addiere
noch 2mm für die Platine und einige mm für die Beinchen der angelöteten
Bauteile. --> 30-31mm lichte Höhe würde reichen.
Beachte: Die Längenangaben in den Typbezeichnungen können verwirrrend
sein, überprüfe deshalb immer das Datenblatt.
